(A 10 day motorway vignette costs a few Euros from petrol stations.  Alternatively, use the B99.)
At Schaldming, take the exit up the hill and then turn left again, along Ramsaustrasse.  After several bends you will reach the village of Ramsau Kulm.  Continue until you have passed a supermarket, Billa, on your left.  Then turn to the right, along Vordere Ramsau.  All the drives leaving this road are signed with a white number on a red circle.  Turn left at 118.  Kohlroserl is the second chalet on the left.

Train
The nearest railway station is in Schaldming, a few kilometres away.  There is a bus service which passes Kohlroserl but a taxi is probably better.

Leave the city by a short stretch of the A1/E55 Autobahn then join the A10/E55 Tauern Autobahn as above.
There are also trains to Schladming.
Munich airport is 265km away, about 3 hours by car.  It is one of Europe's largest airports and connects to many UK airports every day.
Take the A92/E53 towards Munchen and then the A9/E45 south to the Ring Road, A99/E5, (Kreuz Munchen Nord).  Leave at junction 6, (Kreuz Munchen Sud) along A8/E45.  This becomes A10/E55 Tauern Autobahn at the outskirts of Salzberg
